Terms of Service

These Terms are entered into by and between you and All Software 24 L.L.C.-FZ, the operator of Trade on TV. By accessing or using Trade on tv ("the Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Trade on tv. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the new Terms, regardless of whether you have read them.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Responsibilities

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion and without prior notice, including where we suspect fraudulent activity, violations of these Terms, or any risk to the Platform, its users, or our business.

Trade on tv provides market data, news aggregation, charting tools, AI assistance, and related analytical features across Smart TVs, mobile devices, and other supported platforms, for informational and educational purposes only.

Important Disclaimers

• Trade on tv does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice under any circumstances.
• Trading and investing carry a high level of risk. You may lose all or part of your invested capital.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any data, market information, AI generated content, or third party content provided through the Platform.
• AI generated responses are produced by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
• Any decisions made based on Platform information are entirely your own responsibility and at your own risk.

The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third party outages, or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from downtime.

Where you participate in our beta programme or receive any promotional offer:

• Beta features are provided strictly "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality. You use them at your own risk.
• Promotional offers, free premium periods, badges, early access benefits, free trials, and any other incentives (including those communicated through emails, in app messages, or marketing campaigns) are provided entirely at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to modify, reduce, suspend, terminate, or revoke any promotional offer or beta benefit at any time without prior notice and without compensation, including offers already extended to specific users.
• All promotional offers are non transferable, non refundable, and have no cash value.
• Participation in the beta programme may be revoked at any time, with or without cause, and without compensation.
• You agree that no such modification, suspension, or termination will give rise to any claim against us.

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.

Billing and Auto Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy below. You expressly authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription at least 14 days before the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellations submitted within 14 days of the renewal date will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle, and you will be charged for the upcoming period.

Refund Policy

All payments are non refundable, except where refunds are explicitly required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law. We do not provide refunds for:

• Partially used subscription periods
• Unused features or services
• Beta access that was modified, suspended, or terminated
• Failure to cancel before the renewal cycle
• Dissatisfaction with the Service, market performance, or AI generated content

Where a refund is granted, it shall be limited to the unused portion of the most recent billing cycle, calculated at our sole discretion.

Price Changes

We may change subscription fees, billing cycles, or available plans at any time, at our sole discretion. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they apply to your next renewal. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes full acceptance.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, VAT, or other government charges, which will be added where required by law.

Failed Payments

If we are unable to process a renewal payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to premium features without notice. You remain liable for any outstanding amounts.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and recovery of associated costs.

All content, features, branding, code, design, and functionality of the Platform are the exclusive property of All Software 24 L.L.C.-FZ or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Platform or any part of it without our prior written permission.

The Trade on tv name, logo, "Trade on tv" branding, and all related marks are registered trademarks of All Software 24 L.L.C.-FZ

You retain ownership of feedback or content you submit. By submitting any content, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in any media for any purpose, including commercial use, without compensation or attribution to you.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination and legal action, including claims for damages and legal fees.

Third party content remains the property of its respective owners and is used under license.

You agree not to use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Use the Platform to coordinate market manipulation, insider trading, money laundering, or any illegal activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, algorithms, or data structures of the Platform
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Platform
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Platform for any commercial redistribution of data, content, or insights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or restricted areas
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Platform to engage in spamming, phishing, or harassment

Violation of these rules may result in immediate, permanent suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to recover any costs incurred as a result of your violation.

The Platform integrates with and links to third party services such as TradingView, exchange data feeds, payment processors, app stores, and AI providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, or privacy practices of these third parties.

Use of third party services may be subject to additional terms, which you are solely responsible for reviewing. Any disputes with third party providers are between you and the third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted access, or non infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free
• Any data, content, or AI generated insight will be accurate, complete, or current
• Any errors will be corrected
• The Service will be free of viruses or other harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Software 24 L.L.C.-FZ, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings
• Trading losses, investment losses, or any financial decisions made based on Platform information
• Damages resulting from third party content, services, data, or outages
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to, alteration of, or deletion of your data
• Damages resulting from suspension, termination, or modification of the Service
• Damages resulting from the modification or discontinuation of beta features or promotional offers

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Software 24 L.L.C.-FZ, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Your infringement of any third party rights
• Any content you submit to the Platform
• Any trading or investment decisions you make

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• Chargebacks or failed payments
• Risk to the Platform, other users, or our business
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Discontinuation of the Service or any part of it

Upon termination

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We are under no obligation to provide refunds for any prepaid amounts
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution shall survive termination indefinitely

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@tradeontv.com. Termination by you does not entitle you to any refund.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, regulatory changes, labor disputes, cyberattacks, internet or telecommunications failures, exchange outages, or third party service disruptions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

Nothing in this section prevents us from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property, confidential information, or business interests.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of All Software 24 L.L.C.-FZ

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Software 24 L.L.C.-FZ regarding the use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
